The information stored for each employee includes:
| Empl ID |
A unique ID for each employee that they will use to access the system. For example you might want to use their first name and last initial or last name and first initial – you can decide what format you want to use. |

Password |
The password they will use to access the system. Generally you will set it to something initially but they can change their password once they gain access to the system. |
